Very bad agents they are cheaters .cheating with the money very very bad experience. We bought the British airline ticket to uk for 75000 thousand but one way was cancel due to corona they refund us 16000 rupees back instead of 35000 rupees. CHEATERS

Very bad experience They charging more amount fees than regular one. Very lying people working there. Even they don’t have proper knowledge about US VISA. Very very bad experience. Don’t trust them before process with them. Might be they will reduce chance of getting visa.

Terrible experience. Do not and I mean DO NOT use these lot they're neglect their duties, they ignore customers. We have to phone them to find out if we have any appointments or meetings arranged otherwise we'll miss them. Daksha, Krunal and Vishal are all thieves.

I had a terrible experience with this agent while arranging for my euro visa ..The owner Vishal is extremely lethargic, careless person. Once they recieve their fees then your task is hardly a concern to them. I would never recommend this agent!!!

DISGRACEFUL TRAVEL AGENT AND ITS SERVICE I had awful experience with this travel agent. We booked 9 days Kerala trip including evening meals with this travel agent and requested them for 4 to 5 start hotel. They booked the hotel and we checked them on internet and they looked OK. It did not have any rating but assured us the hotel were good. When we visited all the hotels, the rooms were substandard, food in the restaurant was awful , cleanness in the hotel restaurant was diabolical and TV not working. Every hotel had some sort of fault where we have to request them to come and fix them. (Shower not working, Broken window etc.). Some hotel will have hot water supply between 6:30 and 10:00 only. One hotel had 80 to 90 steps to go to the room. No lifts to the floor where the room were allocated. Part of breakfast one hotel will not make us black tea. My uncle and aunt who are in their late seventies accompanied with us were also shocked. I would not recommend any one to book any holidays or package tour with this travel agent. This travel agent takes 4/5 star hotel money but gives the client substandard hotels and services. This travel agent claims to know about the hotel but does not have any clue. Stay clear from this Shree Vishal Travels.
