Has no sense to talk to elders, leave alone customers, a lady from the agency called my parents, senior citizen and spoke to them in a tone not worth mentioning, said they have been trying to deliver the document for last two days, if somebody do not come and collect, the same would be sent bck, the irony is that the document got delivered to their office today morning only and she claims for last two days they are trying to deliver... Uncultured and not customer friendly, even after complaining, my dad had to personally travel to their shop to collect.
