Never trust this builder Sonu Developers. He will promise all amenities on hoardings but provide none. I stay here and there has been issues in basic amenities like water supply for the past 3 years. He is a fraud builder who will not look back once all flats are sold with false advertising.

We stay in this building. Availability of water is a big problem. Water is only available for a couple of hours that too very limited. No 24*7 Water Supply as mentioned. Kindly rectify this issue as water is the basic essentials.
