When you go to the bank, their server is always down What to say about ATM ....... it is closed for 20 days in a month and there is no money for 4-5 days

This is one of the earliest bank in Neral. It is very near to Neral Railway Station. Coming to the banking services, It offers nearly all services any bank can offer. There is UBI ATM adjacent to the bank. The bank also has Cash Deposit Machine (CDM). Using CDM you can deposit money to any UBI account within minutes. Overall facilities provided are good. But there are some problems too. Being at central location in Neral, crowd is usually high. The ATM and CDM machines are less usable due to frequent Internet Connectivity problems. This is what all Public Sector Banks present in Neral should sort out. Overall staff and service is somewhat satisfactory.
