it's more than two years from the promised possession date, still no response from the Developer, upon visit to the site found that the entire site is abandoned with under construction and half constructed building. Site office is a deserted place and all the contact numbers are not exists anymore.

I have also booked a flat in Dec 2015. Have paid more than 75% of the cost. For the last almost 2 years, have not received any communication. I have tried to contact them but none of their numbers seem to work. I think this has been done deliberately. I went to their thane office also. But no contact. I wish to file a case against them. Possession was supposed to be in 2018. But we are almost at the end of 2019 also. I am also planning to go to media and raise this issue

I booked my home here in 2016. Initially work was slow, but now growing faster. Registration done last year, as per agreement possession is in June 2020. In lucky draw, i got 5000 off and all govt taxes free, so my registration was very comfortable. They got permission for school., But I don't know for cbsc or state board school, or both . They are also getting piped gas, from Mahanagar gas and doing all arrangements. Few months back , i went there, saw few ready flats, water tank and pipe gas arrangements. The staff is very co operative , every 3/4 months, i go , they take me to show the site. I think , few people will get homes in 2019. This was old review. --------- 31 Jan 2021 Conditions have been changed badly. No possession. Half constructed buildings. Offices closed. No reply. Work stopped since 3 years. No club house. Nothing

Third class builder. We booked two flats at vijay vakas neral township in 2015 and paying emi since 2015. No contact, no communication from builder or representative They are really hopeless people. Please dont book any property with vijay group. Whatever good reviews they have received are completely fake and are sent by their own people. Please please please dont book any property with vijay group. My request to vijay group is that Please give us possession as early as possible as we are suffering badly. Hope you people will have pity on us and do what we deserve.
