This store refused to service my watch still under guarantee. I contacted the watch company that did the necessary procedure. Definitely the worst watch store I've ever been to. With their very poor service, they do damage to the excellent reputation of the watch manufacture. The apology that you offered as a response to this message is not accepted, since it is meaningless and self-serving -- I still had to go through the manufacture to service my watch. Moreover, your claim that all customers must have a warranty document is patently false, as the watch manufacture itself accepted to service my watch without this document. You have clearly not fulfilled the expectations of this manufacture by refusing to provide service to one of their customers. I have therefore filed an official complaint with the watch manufacture regarding your unacceptable representation of their brand.
