Online it says it’s open until 14:30. So we get off the autobahn to get our two small children lunch. And as we pull in they shut the door. As my husband walks up to make sure about the time, he heard them lock the door shut. Incredibly rude. The epitome of terrible German service. The lady did open the door after he started to walk away and said they close at 14:00, not 14:30. 1) it’s 13:30 not 14:00, so we could have still gotten a little food. 2) change your hours online then. 3) learn some customer service.
