Everyone was just great, from the doctors to the cleaning crew. The cleaning lady told me what she was cleaning (everything), but it was just different. She wanted me to know why she was in the room and that was, well, very professional to me. The nurses and PCT were great, especially nurse Toni, she went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. This is not to take away from the rest of the staff. PT and OT were amazing, the stand out was Zack, but everyone was awesome. I am at home now, but I know they helped me quickly get to where I am able to manage mostly on my own. Loved to conversations as well, they are all very personable and it helps to distracted from the exercise pain. Dr. Black was incredible. I simply asked him a question about my surgery and he came back with a wealth of information. He visited me a lot more than I thought he would be able to and that was nice. I ended up being allergic to the soap they supply in the room, but they quickly figured it out and treated it. I put this last because I want anyone reading this to know to bring your own soap if you know this will affect you. All-in-all, I will rate New Braunfels Regional Rehabilitation Hospital 6 out of 5 stars. Thank you

I went to physical therapy for several weeks. The whole team were great and kuddos to Nick who was my Therapist. Couldn’t have asked for any better. Would highly recommend this place for any inpatient or outpatient needs.

This rehabilitation center us quite and clean. I've stayed thier 4 times since 2015 to 2020. Nurses and pc are very helpful. Got my medicine almost on time. Rehabilitation Tec. Were very helpful and got me back in feet and walked out sever times. I am very grateful to all who assisted me every time I was a patient. I personally would go back if needed.

I spent several days here a few years ago. I had a wonderful experience. I have had 2 surgeries since that time. When the surgeon sent me to another PT facility I requested to go to NBRRH.
