Pathetic service. I advise you to kindly not get your suzuki access serviced from JSR service center even if you reside next to this service center. Yesterday wan the third time I got my Suzuki Access serviced from JSR. Earlier I had tried this service center in 2016 and 2017. However their service has remained equally hopeless all these years. It is noteworthy that during all three services that I got done from this service center, they did not wash my scooter. Surprisingly, they wouldn't inform you that their Washing apparatus is not functioning at the time you approach them for service. But when you go to collect your vehicle in the evening you will find your access in a Shabby condition. They dont even bother to wipe your scooter with a cloth and I had to take up a napkin and clean my vehicle. The staff is so shameless that they watch you wiping your scooter and just don't bother about it. It is understood that the Washing Apparatus may not work once in a while but how can it happen during all 3 services. Thereafter they ask you to get your scooter washed in future. Well how many of us can go for getting our scooter washed to such a distance? Moreover their service is also not up to mark. I am facing brake related issues after getting my bike serviced. I am posting the real pictures of how my scooter looks after service.

The price of electric scooters is very high. usage is low. No charging points available currently on any route. I don't think the price is reasonable.
