Worst ever experience that I've come across among any dealers. The sales representative do not respond to customer calls. Once the payment is made, they send you a video of the parts apparently being tested and then ship it to a wrong destination (non serviceable area) which eventually returns back to them. This happened twice in a row. About a month now and we didn't receive the product nor did we receive any refund. When enquired, they simply text back saying that there's \server problem\ (absolutely deceiving). I wonder if anyone has faced the same issue with this seller.
