the network is really inconsistent break again and again i have 100 mbps plan for one year and on testing the speed many times it shows only 1.1 mbps i am really fedup with this network provide althogh customer service is nice but main thing is internet....

The worst part is their office hours. 10:30 am to 7:30 pm. After that if the net is down, no body bother and you are all by your own and 99% times the net gets down after their office hours. And generally it happens 3-4 times in a month. And these days people are doing work from home and this happen regularly then it creats bad impression iin office too.

I've a legal concern at this time. I'm writing here because this is the company I found on my IP LOGIIN. I'm getting services called \Kashyap Broadband\ I already had a connection but bought another with higher speed, I paid him 3 days ago and m still getting speed for old one, I called and he came after days, and simply said it is not his responsibility if m not good speed. As per LAW it is fraud if you're selling something then you need to take full responsibility that customer gets what he paid for. I'll be going to police station to file a report and also filling it out on Consumer court, the guy has treated and talked me like I'm begging something from him and I won't accept it at all. Best in the area. Using it for more than 3 years.. issues only once per 3-4 months for 2hrs approx due to server down. service boy also come on time to repair. Advice - During breakdown - use your phone as wifi hotspot router.
