A typical private sector bank of India. Branch is located on Bhishma Pitamah Road, not on any inside road of Defence Colony as shown in Google Map Marker. There is no parking place available in and around the bank. One have to park his private vehicle either on road or on Pavement. The nearby limited parking space is always occupied by private commercial vehicles. The bank customer services area is quite small in comparison to other Branch. It offer all standard banking services to the customer except spot Foreign exchange conversion. There is no eating joints available around the Bank. This branch operates at standard working hours with no extend working hrs to facilitate customer service. The knowledge of customer service staff is poor n limited wrt to other Branch.
Worst customer service ever. Officials don't want to help the customer even the Service Head won't guide you. They just come to bank to have lunch.
Worst experience , i ev ever had with any of the bank. Wanted to open a saving account
