1 star is because they Google rating doesn't has negative... To rate to .. Doctor dosn't come on time ., No staff communication, reception guys says something, and labs guys say something ... I came for covid test even though i was the only one for test but still no lab employee did my test even though they were free and chatting... Most ridiculous thing was that the same person went for lunch infront of me .... While i was waiting for more than 1hr just for samples.. guards are doiy better jobs athan lab assistant and so called doctors... No point of wasting money here when u r getting service same as like government hospitals.. after 4 government hospitals i came here just to get fast service just because i had exam next day.. and i needed the report for entry truly ridiculous hospital .

Only money is wasted in this hospital, good treatment is not available, My father had pneumonia, he came to see doctor k. k sethi. he admitted at the same time my father not in the world because of the negligence of this hospital.. In 10 days, he made a bill of 7 lacks rupees and did not give the body of the father until we gave all the money to him... please don't go this worth hospital..

Doctors don’t come on time to hospital. Doctors visit ICU only once in a day. Nurses and ward girls Don’t do their duties on time. Patients keep crying for help in wards. They simply ignore. Relatives or attendants are not allowed to meet their patients. You will feel like your family member has been kidnapped and held hostage and you are being asked money in the form of hospital bill. Unnecessarily hyped hospital bills. They charge so exorbitant that even Medanta, Max, Fortis are more economical. Poorest of poor infrastructure. Patient beds, Ventilators, Vitals Display Units, everything is in so poor condition that you will feel cheated when you see the bills. Even the clothes for patients are worn out and their bedding and linen seems to be overused. No arrangement for attendants to stay in night except for a dirty lodge for which they charge 300 to 400 per bed. You will be kicked out of the hospital premises after 11 or 12 in night and left stranded alone on roadside. Nurses and Ward boys expect kickbacks or bribes in return for everything. If you don’t give them 500 per day they won’t take care of your patient and they won’t even allow you to video call them and see how they are doing. (Read point number 4 that you are not allowed to meet them directly) Receptionist girls are always busy on video calls with their boyfriends. They will not listen to you unless you start shouting or crying before them. Parking guard will charge you 200Rs.per night even if you park your car outside on road besides the hospital. Otherwise he threatens you that he will inform traffic police and get your vehicle toed.

This hospital is very fraudulent, only this hospital makes money.. 10 days this hospital make 8 lacks amount of bill.. They make unnecessary charge.. Dr T. C singh is very unexperienced and fraud doctor.. I will give negative point for this hospital.. They murder my father by for Unresponsible treatment...
