I purchased a pair of beats earphones in March 2019. This is the Digital house Noida store. I didn't use the earphones till the next day when I was on a flight & realised that they were defective and don't work at all. Infact they never turned on. I then called the store two days later and they told me to send it back and they would replace it for me. In this process I found that the serial number on my bill did not match the one on the box however I thought this was an error and left it. Fast forward to a few days later, I sent the earphones through courier and my friend went to the store all the way to have them replace it. I received the earphones and felt that they did not look new. Now 5 months more have passed and the earphones have completely stopped working. Since they are in their first year of warranty I went to the apple store today and found out that the piece is old and it is out of warranty. None of the serial numbers on the bill match the one on the earphones (again!) Finally found out that these guys are not authorized to sell apple products and deceive customers. I have been conned. The store has asked me for 1 more week to look into the matter and all I care about is that after spending 11000 INR, I never got a new pair of earphones to use!!!
