Loved it but som issues are there like frequently shutdown in a week

You may not face internet connectivity issue, but you won't get the speed for what you paid. Better to go with its competitor who are providing better services with competitive pricing. I used Excitel for a month. It was down for 7-8 times. At the same price you will get fiber connection from other ISP so why to go for less. I have attached some screenshots, so I got the mentioned speed but my plan was 100 Mbps so you can calculate how much speed I was losing. So now I have changed to other ISP, I was provided a Free modem too. And I subscribed to their 50Mbps Plan and I am also getting 49.5-50 Mbps most of the time and I have never seen less than 44Mbps from my one month usage. And that is pretty more sufficient for me. I am also attaching ADN broadband Screenshot and the monthly cost is 820.

Don't take their connection. They have the worst service. They will take your money and not bother about you after that. They are not interested in giving any service. Owner and his team won't even pick up your calls
