Please do not order with Ferns N Petals! Very disappointed! Give chance to local vendors. Really poor quality work for the money charged. Photo mug was absolutely terrible with very bad print quality. We can see the streaks from the print head. Text I asked to print on the mug was not printed and instead was printed on a cheap paper with poor quality, was charged 150/- for the card. Photocopy store in our street could do much better. I don’t have to pay 1500/- for this mess. Please refund my money back and take your stuff away. Photo I sent was of excellent quality 24MP and I gave you freedom to crop it to make it look better. I would like to get my money back. I have several photo mugs printed by several online and offline stores but never have I seen a terrible print job like this. They wouldn’t replace or refund but offer me a 20% discount on future purchase. Why would I order from you guys again.
