I am a doctor and have been a car owner since 1991. Have had umpteen o cadikns to get my car serviced. Went through #gomechanic and unfortunately they alloted Baba motors as the garage for the servicing and repairs of my I 20. The paint job was pathetic. Cleaning of the car- the less said the better. Even a small roadside garage gives your car back after servicing with paper footmats.. Here, the car had dirty foot marks of the delivery driver and co-driver all over the place. The staff is arrogant and unrepentant. @gomechanic has now no quality control and is patronizing any and every garage it can, in a race to earn more, even if it is by unfair means. @baba motors, will swindle you of every penny if yours on some pertext or the other. Go to thisgsrage if you have the time to stand and get all the servicing done in front of you. Will share the snaps of the job they did with my car. AVOID, both gomechanic and Baba motors.

I have gone to baba motors because of Go Mechanic app. Which gave me an estimate of 6699 on the app for changing the complete clutch set. I decided to drop the car myself as I did not know them. When I reached the shop I was asked whether to wait for clutch set to arrive or should they start dismantling the existing clutch, to which I said lets wait for the part to come first and let me see it after which they should open the existing clutch. Now the Gomechanic Buddy \Unit\ also arrive. Till now nothing about Price basis the estimate. Now I am being told asked whether I want OEM or OES part to which I said what is OES? I am being told OEM part will cost 5200 and total expense will be 12000 to which I say I got an estimate from Gomechanic app it says 6699. I am being told that there is some extra mandatory parts which is the difference. if I opt for OES part it will be 4500 and Total expense will reduce by 700. (11300). On all of this my service buddy confirms with the garrage owner that extra parts needs to put? Who answer Yes. And same response is given to me. So in the end I decided to not get the work done from them, good that I decided to not let them work on my car till the part comes, and I could walk off from there. I still dont know who all were lying between 1. Gomechanic app 2. Garrage owner 3. My Service buddy Unit But I will go to my known mechanic for getting the part changed. Great experience with the garage. Mr Gaurav has remained responsive throughout the service duration and recommended plausible changes in it. Could still be a bit quicker in completing targets.
