Huge hidden charges start pouring AFTER the repairs were completed, based on approval of original estimate by insurance surveyor from Tata AIG. Why did the surveyor even recommend a former Chevrolet workshop for repairs on a Hyundai i10. Definitely worth an investigation by senior management at Tata !! I know at least they care about their brand and integrity is a non-negotiable at Tatas. I can be reached on [email protected], if someone cares at Go Mechanic either! Guys, do you know who you have you signed up with to represent your brand ?

Such a horrible experience, I have used a pick and drop facility for my car for standard service through their official app. After so many calls they sent me a driver, after few hours they told me so many works to be done and we cannot deliver your car today, I said I want my car today bcs it already been 8 hours in their workshop. After that they sent my car uncleaned then I called them have you done any work they said come tomorrow we'll do your rest of incomplete work. Then I have taken off from my office next day and what I found that a workshop is in very poor condition, they have given my car to another franchised dealer. As a customer I thought my car is in good workshop which is officiall place of the company but I was wrong, I will never suggest anyone to get their car service from GoMechanic. After service I still facing many problems which was not earlier I got cheated I have contacted so many times from them but no response from them yet very irrespective company.
