Pathetic Service! Not run by Professional Chef. Had an Indian Lunch there, told me will take 10 min. (I was the only person there) took 25 Minutes. Ordered Tawa Vegetables - got some Gravy thick uncooked dark Chapatis - No presentation Gravy was in very large bowl & Chapatis wrapped up in tissue paper. had to order Nan which arrived after 15 Minutes. it was very hard and unappetizing. When I was paying up remarked to the front counter person about the service & quality. Remarked ..." even groups of people who spend more than 5k never complaint..." He then proceeded inside the Kitchen to speak to a Lady..to complaint about me...Only thing I heard was "...if he wants quick service why don't he call in advance and order before coming like everybody else..." then he came back asked me to complaint to Owner If I wanted.... as he is not authorized to give any feed back. No... body picks up the mobile given for suggestions....all in all A pathetic experience...to be avoided at all costs!
