Awesome hall. Visit world bookfair. Lots of stalls. Foreign writers. More than 500 stall in a single hall. Itvis one big building connecting hall8, hall 9, hall 10 and hall 11. Also visit for Delhi bookfair which is last weekend of August. Its nice place for bookfair and to buy books. All types of books for all syllabus available. Visit Scientology stall for life improvement books.

Trade Fair is going on right now as usual for 14 days but in reduced area as only 6 Exhibition Halls are available and rest are being reconstructed, wait for better Trade Fair next year when 6 newly constructed Exhibition Halls will be added and available...
Perfect place for any exhibition but come wid your food. Prices on stalls are just twice what you get on streets. Also the hall is under maintainance sometimes even during the middle of exhibition.. Be prepared to tolerate that.

Lots of good stalls and good stuff to purchase from different brands, specially Hari Darshan stall in hall number 11. Bags are free with their combo packs. Good opportunity to grab the deals. This Trade Fair is till 27th Nov2018 in Pragati Maidan.
This basic purpose of this hall is holding exhibitions. It's right next to the pragati maidan metro and the easiest way to reach here is this simple trick- ask someone. Or IF YOU ARE COMING FROM NOIDA/VAISHALI SIDE (WALK DOWN THE METRO AND WALK 2 MINUTES IN THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION TO THE METRO U CAME IN), If you came from Dwarka side METRO, walk down the metro and keep walking for 2 minutes after in the same direction your metro was running) Visited this place during the book fair, and it's a big Hall to accommodate around 3-400 people at once. There is an overpriced, overrated and overestimated food corner outside the hall where you can get food items as costly as a 3 star hotel in Delhi where as the food quality worst than the street food.

I was there once during book fair A lot of space covering a large area of floor with multiple entry and exit gates. Washroom was available at that time Easily approachable via road and overroad transport both. Delhi metro station is Pragati Maidan. Snacks inside the campus was costly enough for lower middle class family. Also you can find stalls of artifacts, crafts outside the campus..... Explorer yourself...
