Worst experience with hello net. Tied up with Triple play which very worst net service in delhi. I have paid for 50 Mbps with downloading and uploading speed. When I was visited to office beside the laal mandir, they have told that u'll get 50 and 50 Mbps for both. But for uploading speed is enough good with 42 to 50 Mbps always. But which is very necessary downloading is very worst. Don't go with hellonet. They are not even listen your single word for solution. Now saying it is okay with 30mbps. Want to switch..

75 Mbps i got 1 mbps internet . I am extremely disappointed. If you want good internet please don't choose it.

They took money from us for installation and instead of drilling and installing the broadband they told me to hire a carpenter for drilling . Sadly i needed the internet on urgent bases there guy never turned up . I kept on calling them and they were least bothered about the customer. All these people need advance and no service . Pathetic problem solving pathetic service .

Speed is okay but you can face connectivity issues sometimes at night and everytime during bad weather.

Internet speeds are great but customer service is not so good. Internet goes down once or twice daily. They don't yet support monthly payment over the Internet. Also sometime they may take 2-3 days to resolve your Internet connection issue.
