The lab is equipped well to handle covid patients as well by taking all the precautions. Aamir was really helpful in coordinating.

Very Bad Service. I called their call center and they told me the price for Cervical Spine MRI is Rs 3000 and when we went for MRI they asked for Rs 4000. I think low cost advertisement is to attract customer to the center only. After the MRI they promised to send the report in 24 days. I trusted them and paid full amount. Even after 30 hours I did not recieve report. I had gone to a doctor and booked an appointment while waiting for report and they were not concerned about seriousness. I wasted my Rs 1500 for doctor appointment. I wonder what if It was a critical patient. There.is no one to check such careless and casual behaviour by such centers. I wont recommend anyone to go there u less you have ample time to follow. Other patients gave similar feedback.

AVOID going to this place for any tests. these b*s**r*s are worst money mongers you will ever see. I was told that I will get ANA test's reports in 24 hours. When I called them the very next day they said It will take 48 hrs. I requested them to prepare the reports as the doctor will be on leave from Monday and It will be too late. and now after 2 days these rascals are saying It will take 3 days. The doctor whom I'm consulting is waiting for the reports and on the basis of reports he will take prescribe the medicine but these as**ol*s don't understand the importance of the situation. I gave a call to multiple pathology labs in delhi to check that how much time does it take to prepare the ANA report every one said Not more than 24 hours but these bunch of money mongers are not able to provide on promised time and now when I'm calling them after placing the call on hold they are simply disconnecting without providing any resolution. SO PLEASE AVOID GOING TO THIS PLACE. Most of these are paid reviews posted by them. Half of the tests they have outsourced to other labs as they told me over the call that this lab test is outsourced and hence it's taking time so just to make some commission they make fake promises and waste your precious time.

the staffs were very helpful and courteous, and got the report online just the time they had advised me. Will recommend and use HOD diagnostics whenever needed.
