No good service just sitting there and taking with each other. Customer service is to bad. Behaviour towards customer is very bad and after the customer leaves they insult the client within themselves. I've heard them saying everything in front of me. Very bad experience.

Non professional and circumvent attitude from bank manager (including Customer Care unit) when you need proper and urgent intervention.

Useless staff.just don't care abt the customer after Taking investment.Dont even care to call back despite ur several calls and msgs. Lower staff does not let u talk to Branch manager.seniors need to check or otherwise we will b left with no other option but to close all the accounts.
