Apple premium reseller store for genuine products and accessories. Availability is limited else everything thing is good. Nice and polite staff. At a prime location south extension part one adjacent to road.

May be it is and apple store but staffs looks afraid like a railway enquiry center. Either they are irritated by the public entry throughout the whole day and low sale or not standard pay scale staffs are recruited in this store. I have entered two times with my Iphone and once for Ipad, but I was surprised by the behavior of the staff.

Recently visited to this store. Pathetic service by staff. He simply have an answer we don't have it. The moment I went to clear out my doubts he asked some other person to attend me in a very rude tone. And continue playing game in his phone. In result I have to purchase it from croma.

I visited the south ex iworld store to purchase iphone 11 pro . The moment I entered the store employee attend me well gave me proper demo . He tried to convert me to buy iPhone 11 because they don't have stock available of 11 pro .After some time when i left out i talked with one staff he told me iworld is no more purchasing the stock . They don't have money to pay to their staff as well . Staff are not getting salary properly. This is not the good thing whoever the apple owner is must take an strong and legal action against the owner . I consoled that employee he was crying , i asked him the reason he told he dont getting salary in lockdown period also , he is leaving on rent and not able to pay rent on time bcoz of the money . This is totally a fraud by the owner Mr. Singh . Labor court must take an action. I strongly recommend all of the visitors must take an action and help the employees.
