Highly unprofessional firm. Had to cancel my holiday as they are not aware about the current affairs of the embassy. I was short on time and had to get 2 visas. I was poorly advised by them to apply for the more difficult visa first as they were confident that they can get me the other visa in-spite of lack of time. Unfortunately, i trusted their experience and ultimately ended up going nowhere. I had to withdraw my passport from an embassy also in this process, which i went and did on my own with the help of the people at the VFS with absolutely no support from thus useless agency.

We had utilized the services of this company during this winter break ( dec,12) . Singapore and malaysia ( 8 days) . It was so pathetically arranged and in one occassion we almost died ( brake fail of the vehicle which was arranged for us) . Everyday , lot of follow up was required during the trip . There was no one to respond our telephone calls most of the time . All the follow up with local agency had to be done by us only at our expenses . At the end , after returning when my friend wrote a mail informing them about the whole experience , very taunting reply was sent by one Mr Sumit maini -Asst manager who was the incharge of our trip . Such an unprofessional appraoch . Very pathetic and I personally regret that it was me who finalized this company for availing the services .
