Terrible service. I would not recommend to anyone ever. During placing the order, we were promised to 3 weeks. It is acceptable even if the product got delayed by 4 or 5 weeks. However, since the time the order was confirmed and the payment was made, there have been no updates from their side regarding the order even after 4 or 5 weeks. After continuously trying to reach out to them and yes, they ignore your calls even when you can see them 'online' on whatsapp at the same time, you get a 'were sorry for the inconvenience' and the order will be delivered a month later!!! Their incompetence is absolutely horrifying, and their nonchalance about it is even worse.
