I planned a 15 Day trip from Washington DC to Orlando, Miami & New York from 16 Dec 2019 till 1st Jan 2020. Despite repeated reminder at the time of Booking that we want to stay at a place from we can go to Times Square easily. We were given a hotel in New Jercy from where we always had to take a cab and then a train to NYC and that was every day over 35 dollars each though we already had paid over 1600 dollars for two people just for hotel earlier at NYC. And they actually didn't listen to us. It was really a nightmare. We wasted many days and spend hell lot of money just because my friend trusted them blind. I indeed regret making this decision

Just concluded my trip of Paris, Florence & Venice- superbly organized by La Vacanza. Many thanks to Jyoti who was on her toes planning, re-planning, yet again planning the itinerary. It was later taken up by Priya who executed all the planning meticulously, overseeing all details. They supported me throughout the trip, were always there to answer all my queries, thus making an excellent team. Their suggestions and tie up with different vendors worked well for me. Since it was only my mom and me who travelled, I had requested them to be careful in suggesting hotels and itinerary keeping that in mind. And it was more than I could have asked for! Thank you for planning and always being so gentle and polite.
