Very expensive grooming and sub-standard and untrained staff. The worst grooming done in the last 25 years of my experience. A sweeper was washing the dogs and the trimming and grooming was done by a guy who missed out most of the knots. He was insistent on shaving off the dogs as he knew he did not have the capability to carry out the grooming. Very disinterested and off hand attitude of all the staff. Terrible mistake going there.

This hospital is definitely good in terms of hygiene and the doctors over here are very much aware of every aspect about our pets. Dr Khan is the doctor who is treating my cat and as of now the response to the treatment is more than satisfactory . Will surely be my first preference for any further treatments on any of my cats

This place used to top notch, but I guess fame does not go well with service. Doctors here were very considerate earlier but now not so much.

One vet is moron here. He put his finger in my 35 days old puppy's rectum and carried his rectum out. His rectum started bleeding. Nobody can understand.. at that moment how i was feeling. I just wanted that vet to die. That vet asked me to get stitch to puppy's rectum but i was scared of that mad vet and I left God to treat him. I am a medical student and i was knowing what i was doing. Thanks to God. He is now 4 months and he is doing well.

Dr. Dheeraj at the clinic is very good at diagnosis & treatment. The helpers are efficient & kind. Parking space is limited. Watch out for the street dogs nearby who are not very pet dog friendly. Overall good experience.
