I am posting this as I feel exhausted after buying product from their store. After service is very much poor. I regret buying an imported LED as per the advice of the owner. The product showing problems in the form of buzzing sound. The product was taken back to the shop twice but still they didn't solve the issue. On top of that denied to exchange it with a new one saying that exchange can't be done. An old LED was given on third visit with the problematic LED in the last which is also not working. I have dealt with them in the past also. But, issue of this sort this time has really brought my expectations regarding their after sales service and customer response down.

Owner is very good but,t employee of IDFC who finance the product is not good she don't know how to talk to the customers.
