Worst theatre. Worst staff. Lift are broken not in operational. The watchmen behaviour were rude. They judge the film goer with there dress. If someone has worn branded cloths they talk with them very nicely. If someone is looking middle class they don't pay attention to them. Other thing that they display on their food menu combo of 2 regular pop corn and 2 pepsi at the rate of 299 but when someone want to purchase they give the excuse by saying that it is available only when you purchase the ticket at their counter. Ticket purchased online are not eligible for this scheme. Harrasment are in the blood of movie time - Pitampura staff. I had a 10gm of prasad (a devotional offering) they pick that Prasad and did not allowed me to take it inside. I requested them several time but all went vain. 3rd thing I want to tell you that the premises is secluded and horrible. 2 wine and beer shop is here where lots of people you will see here buying and drinking in the premises. Not safe for women and girls. Photos are attached in proof. Guards also involved in drinking there. 4th thing that infrastructure is totally barren. Lift is not operational. Photos are attached. 5th thing that the staff are totally irresponsible. The day I visited, it started raining heavily and their exit gate do not have any arrangements for escaping from the rain. The stairs are almost open where nobody can escape from the getting wet. The entry gate is quite good and can escape from the rain water but exit gate is horrible. No cab, auto can come at exit. If someone ask the staff to exit from the entrance they don't allow even such kind of bad weather and heavy rain. Manager says we can't offer. However the ticket are very cheaper than all other multiplexes in Delhi but you can understand that why the ticket are cheaper. The movie time theatre Pitampura is very good option for hooligans and badmash. Not good for family and couples

It was a good option to go for a movie if you don't wanna spent much since the ticket prices are low but now it feel like ruins since the Pacific Mall Pitampura, which contains it, is almost nonoperational. Most of the business are shut there. Quality of the auditoriums isn't very good either. Not recommended if you are looking for a good experience. But if you want privacy, you are most welcome here coz you wont find more than 15-20 persons in the auditorium.:)

It’s difficult to believe that such a pathetically maintained mall and cinema hall exists in a decent locality of Delhi. The mall seems abandoned. It’s filthy and stinks. There is an escalator in the lobby which does not work. The cinema hall is also in bad shape. It becomes clear as soon as one enters the lobby. The auditorium, seating, interiors etc every thing seems to be in bad shape. The worst part is hygiene. The auditorium had a smell of dampness. Despite these shortcomings, the prices are still at par with better maintained cinema halls in the city.
