Pantaloons is our trusted brand. But on 4th March 2021 we went at its Vasant Kunj branch and purchased clothes around Rs 1500/-. We submitted for redemption of points which was around Rs 300/-. As usual OTP was generated and we were stated that Rs300/- would be redeemed for our points. But as soon as the OTP was entered, the same could nit be redeemed and the sales girl told us that there was some technical glitch and the points could not be redeemed. She asked for help from other sales persons who also could no help her. She further told us that the points would be redeemed on further purchases. So we left. Today we went to Pantaloons South Extension where also we purchased and asked for redemption of points. The salesman told us that they have already been redeemed on 4th March. We told him the entire thing but he was helpless. We again paid full payments. So where the 300 redeemed points went !!!
