It's a very small service center. They take lot of time to service your bike/scooty. The mechanic are not expert, and are not even doing the servicing very well. They overcharge for everything and take labour cost for stuff which is covered in servicing. They charge for oil and lubricants for whole pack and use a little of it on your vehicle. Awful experience. They couldn't even fix simple brake issue. Get your bike serviced privately, for half the cost. Buy spare parts and filters from this store and do services yourself or by private mechanic
Very very bad experience from RDB suzuki okhla.. Staffs are irresponsible. I bought an access 125 on january 1st and regstrn done on january 2.But after 2month i cant get my RC. So i contact rdb staff every day. But cant share relevent information from their side. I went to RTO and collect the details regarding my RC process.The problem is that my rc documents are not sent from RDB to RTO.. Again i contacted to rdb staff. But they said that no issues are there.. Very bad and sad experience to me.. Bad review
The experience is pretty good, but I feel suzuki bikes are way more costly than other brands
Awesome experience.... easy to reach at RDB SUZUKI showroom staff are well behaving. Service after sale is nice.
Servicing is very costly by adding unnecessary parts changing, lubricants or other services every time. They will suggest to change many parts even working normally. Target 2K to 4K per customer for regular service.
