Dear fellow physios please don't fell into the 5 star gimmick of these people go through all the reviews before u leap, that is the only advice I can give you...

Unfortunately I had to purchase some products from this irresponsible company. I order 5 in 1 combo machine blue coloured model, steel trolley, and 2 foot steps, I paid the total amount including the delivery charges. When I went to the courier office they told me I have to pay Rs. 920 as courier charge because it was booked as a topay delivery. Then I called them they told they will pay back the charge... It was ok for me anyway I ll going to get the money back...but I was really disappointed when I opened the boxes... I ordered blue combo n what I received is black, I ordered square piped foot stool I received bent round piped footstools all four legs of both stools were not straight. Still it is quite stable on the floor, thank God... But the next item was the most disappointing one for me I ordered the stainless steel trolley, they charged me 4500/- and I got a normal z trolley which only around 2500 in Amazon that time... It was the very first experience of mine with RELIEF MEDICAL SYSTEMS... I always think how could a company or any firm can make each and everything wrong in a simple order of just 3 items... When I informed them they told they will transfer the money... It has been more than two weeks till today I didn't receive my money...
