Extremely unprofessional staff at the Gurgaon shop. Don't care a damn about their customers. i picked up an outfit for a friend in a sale. Wanted to exchange it as the size was incorrect. The staff and store manager paid no heed to my requests. There's no customer care number one can call up.. i left the garment behind at the store. No one ever called back. there's no exchange policy mentioned on the bill !!! super pissed !
