The worst office of delhi. No one knows what's going on. Every one taking their job lightly. No one cares about your work. It's Been 3 months since I applied for EWS. I didn't get any admission in college because of their delay. It's a big shame to government employees.

Very very very poor service. Such a ridiculous experience. Submitted my application for marriage certificate on 10th feb 2021 and paid extra fee for Tatkaal. As of today 23rd feb 2021 nothing has been updated yet. While submission of my application I have asked the guy named 'Hemant', how long it gonna take to complete this process he said 21 days when i asked him its tatkaal application he said 1 week then I asked him but on the website it says two days he said me that its written just like that online only( why the hell he said that). Our so called slogan is \Mera bharat mahaan\ aiji 'Ghanta' mahan. People like him are the obstacles in development of our nation. Moreover, while submitting my application the lady who collects documents kept pointing out mistakes in documents(whilst all were all good) and funniest part is that they kept all the documents I gave them at the end of the day, It took whole day for me to just submit this application. I urge all Govt officials to understand the value of the time of the person who come there to get their work done. If you guys understand this I would be proud of this country too

Came here for registration of marriage. Our area jurisdiction came under patel nagar judge. Says all have to wait till 10 to 15 marriage files accumulate. No value of time n patience of people.

Versatile India

One person, 100 percent disability, I applied for aadhar card for someone people (for facilities at home as per govt rule). Person has only one son( he is 75 years age).his son has 100 percent disability, I applied for request. But till date . Last 20 days he is waiting for them for making aadhar card. 3 times I gone over there but till date 8 Feb, 2021. Not responded. He living at ashok nagar New Delhi, his son name is DAYANAND 35 YEAR OLD. AADHAR CARD PERSON SAYS WE WAITING FOR OFFICER ORDER, WE CAN DO EMMEDIATE BUT TILL DATE WAITING.
