Very poor service.. extremely poor They do not understand the need and necessity for the customer product. No bubble wrap provided for the box containing delicate items. (Broke my cup even though I asked them to pack them carefully) This service is not good for transportation of the books. The cartoon which they provide are not good enough to hold ur books. Received my box completely tampered condition. The plastic coverings were of no use.. They have no idea where ur products is. They will tell they have internal customer service who himself is having no idea of ur product's location. When u will call them to ask when ur consignment is they will say - \kyu har din subha subha phone kr k pareshan krte ho.\ They entered my location wrong in the system and said it was my mistake. They have a complete circle and give their best to fool u and keep u waiting for ur own product. Never let them pack ur boxes on their own. They unnecessarily increase the number of boxes even though there is a lots n lots of spaces left. They charge 2000 for each box n completely unwilling to lower the price. P.S. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SWEET AND CALM VOICE. REMEMBER ITS A TRAP. ASABHYA PACKER AND FORGETER THE ELDER BROTHER IS GOOD, HELPING NATURE.
