I liked their products but their customer service is so pathetic that it negates the positives of their products. The timelines they promise are not dependable and any follow up requests weren't entertained at all ( they did promise to send someone to fix the issues in the cupboard but didn't really send anyone). My suggestion would be to buy from them only if you don't have strict timeline and don't expect customer service.

Highly unprofessional people... products are nice...but if they delay it delivey of your cupboard by 2-3 months when they commit in few weeks...its a lot of pain talking to them and service is zero. They took more than 6 months to respond to request of a missing brush when my house is 10 mins away.
