Absolutely terrible service. Old clients are taken for granted, appointments given away without any intimation and the proprietor is not even apologetic. Clients have to keep calling back to check on appointments as she (proprietor) cant be bothered to inform us. According to salon, its my job as a client to understand and accomodate any changes- so much for customer service, or lack of it! As a long term client (of over 15-20 years), this is not the kind of service I expect and I am extremely disappointed in Style n XS. This constant lack of respect for clients is why I would not recommend anyone visit this salon. With tall claims of being a Kerastase Professional salon, there is a basic level of professionalism that one expects. This salon doesnt not live up to these claims at all.

Definitely one of the best salons in delhi, extremely courteous and competent staff. I have tried an array of services , never disappointed . I would to make a special mention of my favourite Jatin who has always given me a perfect Bob haircut. Two thumbs up for both salon and it's team.

Had a wonderful experience. Visited for the first time amid LOCKDOWN. Super clean and super professional service. The staff is very particular about hygiene. So no need for worries.
