Worst ever experience with this travel agency for getting visitor visa paperwork done.. Jaspreet one of the employee has no way how to speak and will mute her call. Moreover they will pass on their work to the executives who answer that they are busy so wont help... worst customer service..they know how to apply for their own visa but cant provide a good customer service. She must learn that after age of 50 people must be prepared till last date and forms should be filled in front of the customer and not with her back towards the customer... I am not asking for money back but sense of customer handling is required.
