The Culinary Courtyard has one of the best facilities in Delhi, a studio can provide. The classes, be it hands on or online, are so thorough and well taught that you don’t need to go anywhere else to learn the basics or the advanced level of baking or cooking. The teachers, the chefs, are so patient and friendly with their students and are ready to help at any given time. The modules are so well planned and the staff is equally helpful. The hands on classes though long, are well explained and the best part is the yummy breakfast and the lunch.

Always a pleasure to get a customised order done from The culinary courtyard. Food is just not hygienic but delicious too. The icing on the cake is that the learning sessions here are tremendous and I have to say, the faculty, the classes and learning’s are brilliant. This is a place you just have to be affiliated with if you’re looking for a culinary experience.

There are bakers and then there are bakers like Shikha Sachdeva. When you choose her as your baker, you are in trusted hands from the first interaction. She has a treasure trove of flavours, toppings, ideas that make you excited to be a part of that journey. When it comes to the taste, you are smitten at first bite. The looks are exquisite as well. She is really a baker with a beautiful heart and that love is reflected in her baking and culinary creations. Rest assured when that cake lands on your table - it’s a bit of magic and pixie dust. I have taken the classes with her. It was a great experience and good inputs on how to bake tasty stuff with and without egg. She made the experience enjoyable and the entire process seem very easy. A great hostess who teaches with enthusiasm. Her love for baking is contagious :) I heartily recommend her. .

A fantastic institute to hone your culinary skills with an equally good faculty and learning experience. Sharpen your culinary skills with the right knowledge, approach and basics sorted. You’re then ready to spread your wings and fly.

My baking journey began because of Shikha Mam. We met on a common baking platform and not knowing me, she gave me her class recipes and asked me to start baking. There was no looking back. I went to Delhi to learn further with Shikha mam. She is not only a great teacher but also a super friend, mentor and guide. She genuinely wants to see all her students succeed! Her recipes and teaching is flawless. God keep you blessed always! I'm so lucky to be your student. In gratitude always

The best place to learn baking. Shikha ma'am is the best mentor one can ask for. Right from her teachings to the kind of confidence she gives you to do things you've never imagined for yourself
