Missing Insert

They'll lose your records. Not bill you for over a year and a half. Tell you they sent everything over to insurance, not knowing the insurance company was on the line for the conversation. No covid temperature checks, or covid question forms. They didn't even have soap or toilet paper in the bathroom, even after a urinalysis. I feel terrible for the elderly patients. Sloppy staff.

Dr. Farooqui is the best doctor I have found and I'm glad to be a patient there. As a single mother of 2 I can also say the wait time is not long at all. Highest recommendations across the board.

He made me feel very comfortable, listened attentively, answered my questions, explained how we were going to address my condition, & if nothing else, gave me lots of hope for a better future. Went to dr farooqui and he was so nice and he ordered me some blood work and some other stuff to be done in the office and schedule me for the next week . The front desk was suppose to get authorization for all the tests the dr ordered from the insurance .so by the time of my appointment the front desk didn’t get any authorization from the insurance and I called like 3 times and every time they reschedule me and they didn’t make any progress. unfortunely,seems like great dr but have a very bad front desk which don’t help or do any progress!

From the moment I called to schedule the appointment to when I walked out of the appointment it was AWESOME. The staff was great, kind, courteous and informative. They answered all of my questions and I’m glad to have found a great dr’s office which is a rare find!!!
