I have been to Larnna Thai for million times, it’s absolutely my favourite Thai Restaurant in Newcastle. Food provided in generous portion, dedicated plating, lots of healthy and balanced dishes available on the menu, great service all the time. They have the best authentic Tom yum soup (usually places have very light texture or made straight from paste) and pad Thai is also highly recommend. They made everything from scratch, even like prawn crackers and the entrees, definitely worth trying!

The best Thai food we have ever eaten! The waiters were polite, friendly and the chef is worth his weight in gold. The fried rice is so light and full of flavour. The macadamia nut king prawns in coconut sauce was the best. The dumplings were delicious and I could have eaten them all on my own - foodies heaven. You must try this food if you are in Newcastle area. Worth every cent, great value for money. We will be back!!

Fantastic food everytime, super fresh, very reasonable, fast & friendly service, loyalty card for those who eat here regularly (think it's only lunch?), never had a meal here I didn't like. Highly recommended!

Home delivery... driver had a tyre issue, restaurant called advising, food picked up from driver to ensure food still delivered fresh and hot... food delicious really good Thai, amazing, flavours, would recommend as one of Newcastle's best Thai

Really terrible service from a restaurant you'd expect more from. OUr order was taken, but never given to the kitchen. We waited over an hour before this was discovered. It was a busy night and we expected some delay, but when people who ordered after us started getting their food, we questioned staff who said the order wasn't put in properly, and therefore never prepared. Also, the restaurant accepts reservations from third parties (Quandoo etc) and they never received our reservation and were going to turn us away, except for my providing confirmation from Quandoo. I wouldn't return if you paid me...

They left a carafe of what we thought was some traditional Thai tea on the table. It turned out it was flat coca cola from the previous guests and dirty glasses on the table. That alone is enough to give this place a failing mark. Waiters seemed nervous and took awhile to get anything. Food was mediocre but not bad. I thought I had formed a bond with the waiter after I told him a really funny joke but but I found later he was probably only laughing to be polite.
