My laptop got a display issue which they fixed time bound with a replacement of display. Delivery to home was not discussed in the beginning but since I was not in a position to go and collect they delivered it home and didn't charge me extra for that. Customer service is quite good- even after delivering laptop he had called me to remind me I should remove cover on screen they had retained to avoid scratches. They take care of their customers and care for good will. All the best, keep up your good service.
