Dear Hyundai, After 4 months of waiting for my new Creta, today I am cancelling my booking. When I booked your vehicle, the dealer at Classic Hyundai Nilambur promised me delivery within one month. I am very much aware that sticking to exact one month is not practical considering the pandemic situation. But more than 4 month waiting is too much for any customer. And today I got call from the dealer that my vehicle is ready for delivery, but I've to pay 1 lakh rupees extra for the 2021 model without any added feature. I was shocked to hear this from the dealer. This 1 lakh price rise, I am forced to pay, is due to the delay in delivering the vehicle from your end. Regarding this issue I had an argument with the Regional Manager Mr.Rijesh. But he was not ready to take any responsibility since he was recently joined there. Also treated me with unparliamentary words. Since management won't take any action against such activities from field officials, I am initiating a legal action against him. I am also cancelling the booking without any regret. Kindly process the paper works and refund my booking amount asap.
One of the worst customer service in the world as per my experience.they didn't provide any acceries which they promised T,delayed,tax not paid on time,exchanged my car and that amount also not paid on time,number plate not provided on time , regarding this I logged a complaint and that also not helped me ,always trying to cheat customers,
