As you know Dr. Robin of one of the best MD available in our district.. He has handled many complex emergency cases successfully.. The day to day life of a doctor involves high risk factor and need to handle high tensed situations.. It may happen in such scenarios and as there is a saying dont judge a book by its cover.. Try to understand beyond the surface..

I know Dr. Robin very well and he is one of the rare personalities who shows the utmost sincerity in the work he does. There is wrong with blaming him. This incident (as per sujith padinhareveedu)can only be seen as a misunderstanding by the patient who came to see him and those who were with him. If the doctor has blamed the sister, he has the authority to do so, so there is no point in evaluating the doctor.

I had very bad experience in this hospital. Nurses, staff and the doctors also need to undergo training to communicate with the patients. My husband consulted Dr. Robin, I couldn't realise that how a doctor can use such bad languages. He shouted against his nurses with bad languages, in front of us.

Its very poor experience for me, managment totally failed to manage the patients waiting for doctor. In front of me Dr. Robin shouted against the nurses who were on duty. He used very bad languages against them. As as a doctor I never expected those words from him. And we paid the consultation fee Rs.250/- , but its not in the bill.
