It's near to town... But not worthy to visit there as no one has the interest for maintenance. Somebody has to take care of this as this has many stories to tell us.

This is the citadel of the Nileshwaram royality. who belonged to the clans of the Kolathiri and Zamorins. The Nileshwar Rajahs and the Bednore Nayaks battled in this area. This in ruined state with out proper care but it is major spot in the history of this place. Efforts are on for restoration.
