No maintenance. Water mixers do not work. Discourteous front office staff.overall bad experience.As there are no good hotels in Nirmal one is forced to stay in this hotel.
This is the best place to stay in nirmal. Opened just 2 months back and a little away from the busy town center. When went went Oct 2, the restaurant was not open yet. All the rooms are ac. We stayed in a suite and one super delux room which has three beds. The suite is big and has a balcony, but due to the ac exhaust fan, it's not nice. Food is delivered in the room and parking is available in the front.

Newly built but Poor maintenance. Smelly rooms. We went out in the morning and came back afternoon and We could not even stay for 5 minutes because of the smell in the room and toilet.
The hotel is at very peace-full area with less noise(perfect location), lake view and front road view from the balcony is very beautiful. Hotel is very clean and provides us great hospitality. Management is very helpful and guides you throughout your stay. The staffs were very helpful and polite. You won’t regret if you choose this place to stay...
