The 1 star is to much for such a bad service and unprofessional work,, I just received an email that my parcel is delivered to my home address,, so Immediately I go down stairs to check the mail box and I find my parcel opened and stuffed in the mail box,, so the unprofessional delivery man has opened my parcel and put it in the mail box. The package is there in track and trace, but than after a week still there... No delivery. And Customer service only via mail and no feedback! Now month later... Nothing... Big ZERO !!!

Today I received an automated email confirming a package had been delivered today 13.11. I was waiting for the package at home all day and there was no delivery! I am now reading the many comments and clearly I am not the only one in this situation. How can a company like this keep on operating ? I will not let this go

If I could put 0 stars would be perfect. More than 10 days. No one call, no one bring the package. They just do nothing, also no communication.

Non-existent service or company. Do they seriously expect people from Brussels to make a 40km trip to retrieve a package GLS was not able to properly delivery? No thanks!

Okay. This is not a rating for GLS itself but for the staff working at this location. GLS itself is just trouble and possibly the worst shipping company for business to consumer deliveries. But people working at this warehouse were always nice, helpful and spoke English very well. Thank you and I am sorry you have to represent such an idiotic company

If only I could give NO star to their service. It's been a month now that my package is lost/blocked in their warehouse in Nivelles. They do NOT have a phone number for client support and they do NOT reply to their customer support email. Seems that the package is damaged but they do NOT try to contact the client to try to find a solution. Very poor service and even worse customer support.

Very unprofessional service, I couldn't pick up my package from the parcel locker, because they didn't put it in the system. The customer service was not helpful at all and very rude in their e-mails.
