Scam!!! I like many others haven't received a package. I suspect it's a scam company given the number of negative reviews. This company is registered in Sweden as MTD MORGONTIDIG DISTRIBUTION For everyone: write to your e-shops and ask them to remove EarlyBird from their delivery options!!

The package was not delivered to me and (MTD) informed me that the package could not be delivered because it was impossible to do so. Note that all contact information is on the package. I hope that the permit for this company in Sweden will be revoked.
NEVER BUY FROM A RETAILER THAT USES THIS DELIVERY SERVICE! NEVER EVER! I ordered a package from SHEIN and it said that it had arrived at the sorting facility and that the order would come in two days. After two days it didn’t come and I thought that I should give them a few days because of the busy trafic. After a week my package still hadn’t come so I decided to contact the customer service but got NO HELP AT ALL. Later the same day I get a notification in the app that my deliver was cancelled.
Absolute trash... They first sent a message saying my parcel was “delayed”, then after 4 DAYS calling and trying to contact them, they told me over the phone that someone “STOLE” the package and they don’t have it... I should contact the company I bought my item from for POSSIBLE refund. Pathetic and shameful service... I’ve never heard of something like this in my life!. A total waste of time and money.

This is the worst delivery service ever. They said that my packet has been delivered. But I didn't get it. They sent me as well to a collection point, but they confirmed that nothing arrived.
Now call themselves Early Bird. Scam warning. No delivery.
MTD Morgontidig Distribution / Earlybird don't deliver any packages, we had 4 missing packages in 1 month alone. Delivery location was a store in Göteborg city center and owas pen 9am to 6pm working days.
