We started working with Angelo from Estate Building 6 years ago. We have a early 90s three storey terrace that was is poor condition when we bought it. At the start we worked with a local designer Outside Inside and Estate building to scope up work in stages. Estate Building have now completed the work and we are extremely pleased with the end results. The work was done over four stage. During each stage we lived in the house. Angelo’s team were always polite and considerate of our needs. They demonstrated a high degree of concern for the standard of work and took real pride in their craft. As with all building projects their was issues, unforeseen problems and disagreements, but Angelo and co worked constructively and responsibly to find solutions. Communication was always first rate. Our thanks to the team from Estate Building. The finished product is a credit to you all.

Great builders. Have used them before and can't fault them, hence the call back.
Absolutely obnoxious and rude proprietor. I spoke to Angelo but was immediately and repeatedly shut down. I had been warned of this by a colleague who had a similar experience however I really wanted to give a local company a go. He wasn’t even interested in having a conversation with me as he was “far too busy to waste time talking to me”. Wouldn’t even recommend someone else! For a company that praises itself on its customer service I think it needs a good look at itself. As a Fitzroy local I will be telling everyone in my network to avoid Angelo and his team like the plague. Very poor customer service.
